Kam Pasha is founder and CEO at IMG. He is responsible for IMG’s vision, mission, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, customer retention/attraction, global footprint, business processes and management decisions, and overall continuous improvement for the precision engineering company.
Prior to founding IMG in 2004, Pasha was Managing Director at Agility Capital, Inc. in New York, an early-stage venture capital investment firm. He also spent several years at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in the Financial Sponsors Group where he worked as a senior originator and underwriter. In addition, Pasha spent years in the banking industry with Mitsui and NationsBank and his early career inside the Canadian Consulate General in Atlanta, Georgia, the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo, Japan and the U.S. Consulate in Toronto, Canada.
Pasha is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Six Sigma is a well-known business management strategy taught to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects (errors) and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes. Pasha is fluent in German, Japanese and Farsi.
He received a Masters of International Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona. In addition, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Kumar's more than 23 Years of extensive experience encompass operations management, engineering management, NPI project management, team building, process development, designing, CAD/CAM, CNC programming up to 5-axis, machining, molds and press tool design and manufacturing. He has worked with machine shop manufacturing industries (automotive & semi-conductor), engineering and CAD/CAM service industries. He has hands-on experience on most machining processes like milling, turning, surface and cylindrical grinding, jig grinding, wire-cut and wire EDM. Kumar's dynamic and progressive career includes serving as Vice-President of Operations, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Project Leader, Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer and Design Engineer.
Kumar completed his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's of Science equivalent degree in Mechanical technology (Tool & Die Making) from the Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering, Delhi, India. Tool & die making is the foundation of his engineering and manufacturing expertise. He also has certification in CNC Machining Operation and Programming.

Brian Magann is Managing Director at IMG. His responsibilities include overseeing the Engineering and Programming department, as well as executing and implementing corporate strategies and policies.
Magann has a significant amount of experience in contract manufacturing at the management level and a core background in project management and process improvement. He received his Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern California and Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Kiran Mukkamala is the CFO at IMG. He is responsible for the overall finance and accounting functions at the company.
Prior to IMG, Mukkamala was at companies including Astreya Partners, Accusplit, Global Infotech, and Franklin Tempelton Investments in senior and executive level financial, controlling and accounting roles. He has more than a decade of experience in corporate leadership with a proven track record of contributions leading to improved financial performance, heightened productivity, enhanced internal controls, cost reductions, team building and leadership expertise.
Mukkamala earned his Bachelors of Science in Cost & Financial Accounting from Nagarjuna University in India.

Suleiman Aboutaam is Chief Administrative Officer at IMG. He is responsible for management of the company's human resources and information technology services. He manages IMG's HR and IT policies and oversees the automation, viability, continuity and security of the company's IT infrastructure. He is also involved in the development, implementation and monitoring of the company's information systems and performance.
Aboutaam has extensive hardware and ERP systems integration experience and has upgraded several legacy database systems. He was one of the first IT professionals to implement Graphical User Interface (GUI) into the automated manufacturing scene. In addition, he was one of first to partner and develop Infrared (IR) technology from concept to production to be used in some of the first fully-automated semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
He is a key member of the Factory of the Future and Cell Control Project Team at SEMATECH, where leading semiconductor businesses come together to leverage resources, increase productivity, and lower costs. Aboutaam is also a member of a team that defined the specification for the Real Time Reporting System, currently owned and sold by Applied Material.
Prior to IMG, Aboutaam served in director of information technology and engineering roles at Zilog, Inc., Submicron Technology PLC, STMicroelectronics, National Semiconductor and United Technology MOSTAK.
Aboutaam has a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Southeastern Oklahoma University.
