He also spent several years at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in the Financial Sponsors Group where he worked as a senior originator and underwriter. In addition, Pasha spent years in the banking industry with Mitsui and NationsBank and his early career inside the Canadian Consulate General in Atlanta, Georgia, the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo, Japan and the U.S. Consulate in Toronto, Canada.

Kumar's more than 18 Years of extensive experience encompass engineering management, NPI project management, team building, process development, designing, CAD/CAM, CNC programming up to 5-axis, machining, molds and press tool design and manufacturing. He has worked with automotive, engineering service, CAD/CAM, semi-conductor and machine shop manufacturing industries. He has hands-on experience on most machining processes like milling, turning, surface and cylindrical grinding, jig grinding, wire-cut and wire EDM. Kumar's dynamic career includes serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Project Leader, Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer and Design Engineer.
Kumar completed his Master's of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's of Science equivalent degree in Mechanical technology (Tool & Die Making) from the Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering, Delhi, India. Tool & die making is the foundation of his engineering and manufacturing expertise. He also has certification in CNC Machining Operation and Programming.

Aboutaam has extensive hardware and ERP systems integration experience and has upgraded several legacy database systems. He was one of the first IT professionals to implement Graphical User Interface (GUI) into the automated manufacturing scene. In addition, he was one of first to partner and develop Infrared (IR) technology from concept to production to be used in some of the first fully-automated semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
He is a key member of the Factory of the Future and Cell Control Project Team at SEMATECH, where leading semiconductor businesses come together to leverage resources, increase productivity, and lower costs. Aboutaam is also a member of a team that defined the specification for the Real Time Reporting System, currently owned and sold by Applied Material.
Prior to IMG, Aboutaam served in director of information technology and engineering roles at Zilog, Inc., Submicron Technology PLC, STMicroelectronics, National Semiconductor and United Technology MOSTAK.

Timmons has more than 25 years in engineering and leadership positions working for companies such as Mazda, BTR/Toyota, Isola Group and Lam Research. He has served as a Project Engineer, Engineering Director, Plant Manager and Manufacturing Consultant. Prior to IMG, Timmons was at Benchmark Electronic as Director of Engineering and had multi-plant responsibility for estimating, developing and sustaining engineering.
Timmons is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS, the Association for Operations Management and is also certified in Lean Six Sigma. Prior to joining IMG, Rick founded Electric Strategies, Inc., a Canadian communications and public affairs agency specializing in cross-border marketing and business development. Previously, Rick served as Executive Vice President and a Director of DCI-enable, a publicly traded Canadian multinational e-business solutions firm.
Before entering the private sector, Rick served with the United States International Trade Administration at the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa, Canada responsible for export promotion activities in aerospace and defense. He was also employed as an International Marketing Specialist with the Government of Canada's Bureau of Management Consulting and a Research Associate in the International Business Research Centre of the Conference Board of Canada.
