High Speed Vertical Machining (Robodrills)

Ultra-high spindle speeds of 24,000 RPM coupled with 1.7G and 2800 IPM travel rates enable IMG to make quick work out of any milling, drilling or tapping jobs. Drilled hole sizes of .0080″ and smaller with diametrical accuracy of .0001″ are not uncommon in this department. High throughput, robust Cpk’s and exceptional accuracy are commonplace in this cell. Our in-house staff is highly experienced in helping our customers reduce the cost of their product by offering insight on design for manufacturability. This cell is the consummate high production precision machining combined with round-the-clock strict process controls.
